From Drive to posted,
in six steps.
You stay in control the whole way. UploadDeck prepares and sends your video only when you say so, on the posting screen — nothing ever publishes behind your back.
1. Sign up
Create your UploadDeck account with your name and email. That's the only account you need — everything else connects to it.
2. Connect TikTok
Link your TikTok account using TikTok's official sign-in (OAuth). UploadDeck receives a token that lets it post to your account at your direction — never your TikTok password. You can disconnect whenever you like, and you can also connect YouTube, Facebook and Instagram the same way.
3. Connect Google Drive
Link your Google Drive with Google's official sign-in. UploadDeck only looks at a file's details when you pick that file for a post — it doesn't browse, copy or keep your Drive library.
4. Pick a video
Choose the finished video from your own Drive. When you post, the file streams from Drive directly to the platform. It passes through our posting pipeline and is discarded — we never store your video files.
5. Review on the posting screen
Every post stops here first. Set the caption, choose the privacy level (for example, everyone, followers, or only you), switch comments, duets and stitches on or off, and mark branded content where it applies. What you see is exactly what the platform receives.
6. Post — or receive a draft
Publish immediately, schedule it, or send it to your TikTok inbox as a draft. Drafts wait in the TikTok app for you to finish and publish yourself, whenever you're ready. UploadDeck keeps a record of what was posted, where, and when, so your routine stays auditable.
Your content, your control
UploadDeck is a tool, not a publisher. Nothing is posted unless you take action on the posting screen — or set up a schedule yourself. Your videos stay in your Google Drive, your accounts stay connected only as long as you want them to be, and disconnecting a platform or deleting your account removes our access and your data with it.
