Terms of Service
Last updated: November 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UploadDeck (the "Service"), operated by UploadDeck ("UploadDeck", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions about these Terms can be sent to aayush.adhikari2531@gmail.com.
1. What the Service does
UploadDeck is a content posting tool for creators. You sign up, connect your own accounts on third-party platforms (such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram) using those platforms' official sign-in flows, connect your Google Drive, pick your own video files, review each post on a posting screen (caption, privacy level, interaction controls and branded-content disclosure), and then post the video to the connected platform or receive it as a draft in your platform inbox. UploadDeck posts only at your direction, including through schedules you set up yourself.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into these Terms and to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.
3. Connected platforms and Google Drive
UploadDeck connects to third-party platforms and to Google Drive through their official APIs and authorization flows. By connecting an account, you authorize UploadDeck to act on that account only as you direct through the Service — for example, uploading a video you picked, with the caption and settings you set on the posting screen. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, YouTube's Terms of Service, Meta's terms, and Google's terms). You are responsible for complying with them. Any platform may change, limit or revoke API access at any time, which may affect the Service.
4. Your content stays yours — and off our servers
You own your videos and all content you post through UploadDeck; nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to us. When you pick a video from your Google Drive, the file streams from Drive through our posting pipeline directly to the platform you chose and is then discarded. UploadDeck does not store your video or other media files. We keep only the records needed to operate your account (account details, connected-account identifiers and tokens, and a log of what was posted, where and when), as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts and Drive files that you own or are authorized to manage and post from.
- Only post content you have the rights to use, and make sure your captions, disclosures (including branded-content and advertising disclosures) and privacy choices are accurate.
- Review every post on the posting screen before confirming it — you are responsible for what is published to your accounts.
- Keep your account credentials and connected accounts secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to: post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or spam content; violate any platform's terms or community guidelines; misrepresent sponsorships or endorsements; attempt to access another user's account or data; interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; or circumvent platform rate limits or API restrictions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
7. Availability and changes to the Service
The Service is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, gain or lose features, or be interrupted — including because a platform changes its API. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect your existing use. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its date, and continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UploadDeck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, followers, revenue or content, arising from your use of the Service or from any platform's actions (including post removals, reach decisions or account actions by a platform). Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $50 if you paid nothing.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your stored data as described in the Privacy Policy, and you should also revoke UploadDeck's access from each connected platform's settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content ownership, liability and governing law) will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
