This Privacy Policy explains what UploadDeck ("UploadDeck", "we", "us") collects, what we never collect, how information is used and shared, and the choices you have. UploadDeck is a posting tool that lets creators post their own videos from their own Google Drive to their own accounts on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. 1. What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an UploadDeck account.
- Connected-platform information: when you connect a platform account (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), we receive and store that account's platform identifier, display name/username, and the OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to post on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted. We never receive or store your password for any platform — sign-in happens on the platform's own pages.
- Google Drive information: when you pick a file to post, we receive that file's metadata (such as its name, file ID and type) so we can stream it to the platform you selected. We do not download or index your Drive library.
- Posting records: the caption and settings you choose on the posting screen, the destination account, and the result of each post (including platform post IDs and timestamps), so you can see what was posted, where and when.
- Basic technical data: server logs needed to operate and secure the Service (such as request times and error records).
2. What we never collect or store: your media files
UploadDeck does not store your videos or other media files — ever. When you post, your file streams from your Google Drive through our posting pipeline directly to the platform you chose, and is discarded once the transfer completes. No copy is written to our storage. The same applies to drafts: a draft is delivered to your platform inbox, not kept by us.
3. How we use information
We use the information above only to operate the Service at your direction: to sign you in, keep your platform accounts connected, stream and post the files you pick with the settings you choose, run schedules you create, show you your posting records, secure the Service, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or connected-account data for advertising.
4. How information is shared
Information is shared only with the platforms you connect, at your direction and as needed to complete the action you requested — for example, your video, caption and posting settings are sent to TikTok when you post to TikTok, and Google Drive provides the file you selected. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the Service. We do not share your information with data brokers or advertisers.
5. Google API Limited Use disclosure
UploadDeck's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Google Drive data is used only to provide the user-facing posting features described in this policy and on our website; it is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users; it is not used for advertising; and humans do not read your Drive data except with your affirmative agreement for specific files, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
6. Token security and revocation
OAuth tokens for connected platforms and Google are stored encrypted and are used only to carry out actions you direct. You can disconnect any account from UploadDeck at any time, and you can revoke UploadDeck's access directly in each platform's or Google's security settings — revoking there immediately stops our ability to act on that account, whether or not you also disconnect in UploadDeck.
7. Data retention and deletion
We keep account information, connected-account records and posting records for as long as your account exists, because they are the working record the Service runs on. When you delete your UploadDeck account, we delete your account information, stored tokens and posting records, except where retention is required by law. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by emailing aayush.adhikari2531@gmail.com, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days. Because we never store your media files, there are no video copies for us to delete — your files remain only in your Google Drive and on the platforms you posted them to.
8. Cookies
UploadDeck uses only the session cookies needed to keep you signed in to the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Your choices
You can access and update your account information in the Service, disconnect connected accounts, revoke access at the platform or Google level, and request export or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email above.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
